80). Exit south on Northgate. Turn left at the first light (Rosin

Bell on the corner. The HeadStart offices are in Suite 100,
behind Taco Bell. Alternately from downtown go north on 16th
St., which becomes 160, exit on Northgate, and follow it north
to Rosin Court |
